Expanding the group’s manufacturing expertise beyond diamond tools, Bhukhanvala Industries (formerly known as Boron Carbide India) was established in 1987, to manufacture high performance technical ceramics. Starting with Boron Carbide (B4C) from a technology transfer (TOT) from Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) and then over the years moving to other materials such as Alumina, Silicon Carbide, Boron Nitride, Borides and Spinel. Our portfolio of high performance ceramic products cater to diverse sectors such as defence, nuclear, aerospace, automotive, oil and gas, solar, industrial, medical and electronics.
